Raymond Commins

Raymond Commins of Milford, PA passed away on Friday, June 7th, 2013 at Belle Reve Senior Care.  

He was 93. 
    
Ray was retired from the NY-NJ Sandy Hook Pilots in Staten Island, NY.  He was a World War II veteran,

 a lifetime member of the American Legion, VFW, and the Matamoras Rod & Gun Club.  

The son of the late Patrick and Mary (Maier) Commins, he was born October 25th, 1919, 

in Stamford, CT.  
    
Survivors include a daughter, Patricia Black, a cousin, Beth Lovett, and several nieces and nephews.  
    
He was predeceased by the love of his life, his wife Rosemary, on March 9, 2009.  
At his request, there will be no visitation.  Funeral services were held privately in the 

Milford Cemetery at the convenience of the family.  

Arrangements were under the direction of Stroyan Funeral Home , 405 W. Harford St., Milford, PA.
